Ever been in a place where you’re compromised with your career - where you’re either doing a job or biz you don’t enjoy because doing what you love is seemingly too great of a risk, or maybe you’re still not “quite” sure what you want to do within the framework of your business?
It's soul-sucking, isn’t it?
There's a real reason why change is HARD. (no you're not lazy)
"Change requires action.
It really is that simple.
You either want to do it, or you don’t.
It either matters to you, or it doesn’t.
Indecisiveness means you’re not moving forward.
You have seen this for a reason, and only you know what it is that you’re not acting upon."
I saw these clear, tough love, albeit inspiring words in a post last week by the amazing Stacey Sargison 💪🏼
You might know I’ve been studying to be a Neurocoach the past few months - and here's the thing...
If you're personal brand, I’ll bet you’re allll about making an impact.
Marketing has changed dramatically in the past 10 years with social media. To the point where now, if you have access to the internet, you can run a business & have your own personal brand.
However - not all brands are created equal.
A strong personal brand that gets seen and perceived in the marketplace in the way you desire - is the goal.
Here are 3 things all strong personal brands have in common:
1️⃣ Your uniqueness is your superpower
It’s loud out there, especially online. Making sure that you totally own your strengths...
You may have skills up the ying-yang but if you don’t know why you’re in business, then you’ll keep feeling stuck and it’ll be virtually impossible to make impact in your biz or even build an authentic brand for that matter.
Back in 2005, I dreamed of having my own full-time business and I had a gem of an idea inspire me. But as a single mama earning only about $50k/year, I was scared + felt unsupported on that path.
I was very clear with what the conditions would have to be in order for me to have the stick-to-itiveness to succeed.
