Marketing has changed dramatically in the past 10 years with social media. To the point where now, if you have access to the internet, you can run a business & have your own personal brand.
However - not all brands are created equal.

He was late + apologized but said that he was rattled emotionally because a close friend of the family just had a heart attack.
