Ever been in a place where you’re compromised with your career - where you’re either doing a job or biz you don’t enjoy because doing what you love is seemingly too great of a risk, or maybe you’re still not “quite” sure what you want to do within the framework of your business?
It's soul-sucking, isn’t it?
There's a real reason why change is HARD. (no you're not lazy)
"Change requires action.
It really is that simple.
You either want to do it, or you don’t.
It either matters to you, or it doesn’t.
Indecisiveness means you’re not moving forward.
You have seen this for a reason, and only you know what it is that you’re not acting upon."
I saw these clear, tough love, albeit inspiring words in a post last week by the amazing Stacey Sargison 💪🏼

You may have skills up the ying-yang but if you don’t know why you’re in business, then you’ll keep feeling stuck and it’ll be virtually impossible to make impact in your biz or even build an authentic brand for that matter.
Back in 2005, I dreamed of having my own full-time business and I had a gem of an idea inspire me. But as a single mama earning only about $50k/year, I was scared + felt unsupported on that path.
I was very clear with what the conditions would have to be in order for me to have the stick-to-itiveness to succeed.
Has a celebrity ever inspired you to be a better entrepreneur?
Here’s a pic of me with Michael Bublé - almost 10 years ago.
A small group of us managed to have a conversation with him backstage.
He was late + apologized but said that he was rattled emotionally because a close friend of the family just had a heart attack.
He said he had to take some extra time to compose himself but that he loves what he does and was ready to give us, what he hoped to be, his best performance ever.
And he did not disappoint! He was nothing but charming...
